    Modern bathrooms are complex. There are thousands of details that make a bathroom a masterpiece. We are happy to help you unlock the secrets of bathroom design.

    The investment for a complete bathroom renovation is usually between €15,000 and €25,000 – depending on size, condition of the pipes, and desired features. For premium bathrooms, costs can be much higher. After a free on-site measurement, we provide you with a fixed-price quote for complete budget security.

    Delivery time for high-quality materials can take up to 3 months. After delivery, your bathroom is usually ready for use within 5 to 15 working days.

    The process consists of five steps: 1) Free consultation & 3D planning, 2) technical measurement, 3) written fixed-price offer and deposit, 4) material order and scheduling, 5) coordination of all trades (plumbing, electrical, installation, flooring/wall cladding) up to final acceptance and cleaning.

    With dust protection doors, extraction technology, and air purifiers, we keep dirt and odors to a minimum – ideal for city apartments without a second bathroom. Final construction cleaning is included in the fixed price.

    During demolition and rough installation, the bathroom is usually closed. Upon request, we can organize a temporary or mobile WC or arrange for the use of a guest bathroom so you can remain comfortable during the renovation.

    You benefit from the statutory 5-year warranty on all trades. The standard warranty on furniture and materials is usually 2 years. As an authorized partner of Italian suppliers, we can also offer up to 10 years of product warranty.

    For a barrier-free bathroom, you can apply for up to €6,250 in grants through the (currently paused) KfW 455-B program; we assist with documentation and applications or advise on alternative financing options. There are also government subsidies for energy-efficient renovations. We are happy to help!

    A bathroom compliant with DIN 18040-2 offers level-access showers (<26 mm threshold), slip-resistant R-10 floors, 1.20 × 1.20 m maneuvering space in front of the toilet and washbasin, and wheelchair-accessible fixtures – future-proof for all ages.

    You are welcome to take on demolition or painting yourself. However, it is important that improperly executed work does not cause additional costs. Plumbing and electrical installations must be carried out by a certified master company for warranty reasons.

    All services – from demolition to tiling to final cleaning – are detailed before signing the contract. Any changes after plan approval will only be made with your written consent – this guarantees the fixed price.
